A little about myself,
I am in the midst of completing my business administration and entrepreneurship degree at Southwestern Community. On top of that I am self taught and a prolific reader.During my less than two years of college so far, I noticed a large rise in the topic of disregarded populous in our country. Barley anyways, because during this time I was also working 40 hours at a Safeway cutting meat and working as a Cashier, while keeping a course load of over 15 Credits per term to fill my scholarship requirements. After my scholarship was used up, I found a little more time to refine my opinion on the subject. The fact is that being raised from childbirth to believe that the best method of success for everyone is a college education is ridiculous. Not because of what you might think however, imagine if we tried to put every human being on the planet on the exact same diet. It wouldn’t work not because everyone couldn’t survive on the same thing; but because not everyone would have the same availability to those resources, the same needs for those resources in their diet. Their diet would be largely based off of a build up of what they have eaten in the past. Our mind bear some very similar traits in that; our experience from our past environment, and our availability to different subjects and experiences largely determine who we are, what our desires are, and how we go about achieving them.
College students are the most taken advantage of, disregarded demographic, we get stuck with more debt than any other demographic in the United States, We are given the short end of the stick when it comes to wages and benefits with employers due to “experience” along with age(which it is actually not against the law to discriminate against young people but is to discriminate against the elderly). So Company Catalyst was born, a chance to answer my calling and passion in life, which is creating business models that are benefit all parties involved, and personally I consider everyone on the planet involved. I begin by offering free consultations with myself to any possible client who thinks their company is ready for the next step, from business plans, infrastructure reformation, Marketing, Web Design etc. From there I offer them our services and refer them to a consultant or take the project on myself and the rest is pretty much the name of the game.
In 5 years I see this company as an answer to college students, and anyone else who is technically qualified but for any number of reasons can’t get the income they need to survive not only to help their wallets but to help them refine their skills and prepare them for their own business. An Answer to current business owners who can’t afford to pay huge sums of money for SEO work, Website design, and the other third party service businesses need to not just keep their business open but to grow to the next level. Along as an answer to potential investor in a company that makes 25% commission on all sales made by some of the most innovative, dedicated, and prepared consultants in their market.
